2 ripe mangos
1 large or 2 small tomatoes
2 green onions
1 jalepeño pepper, seeded and minced
1T chopped cilantro
juice of 1 lime
s&p to taste
Just chop up ingredients and combine. I like to let it sit in the fridge for an hour or two for the flavors to combine. I am a cilantro nut, but you really don't want more cilantro than that. It will be too overpowering. It is SOOO yummy.
